The room was large and comfortable, with a good breakfast offered at a reasonable price. The hotel is conveniently located near the Grand Place and various eateries, making it easy to explore the area. The accessibility to public transport was another big plus, as it was just a mile from the Midi/Zuid station. The staff was accommodating and handled requests quickly, enhancing the overall experience.

i nearly left a glowing review, but alas, the noise from the street was unbearable, and the heating made my room feel like an icebox. i simply expected a complimentary gesture after such an uncomfortable night. this hotel is cute but truly lacks the special touch it needs to impress. disappointing, to say the least.

What I loved most during my stay was that it was less than a 5-minute walk to the stunning Grand Place and just a few steps from the Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert, allowing for easy exploration of Brussels' rich history and culture that made my weekend unforgettable as I wandered through beautiful streets. the friendly staff made me feel at home, accommodating my needs with a helpful attitude.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Grand Place! Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were super accommodating.

I loved how our spacious duplex room was super clean, and breakfast was a nice treat with a mix of both continental and hot options. The hotel also offers a great spa area and cozy lounge for relaxation. Just a small note, the sink in our bathroom drained a bit slowly but it didn’t put a damper on my overall experience. 😊
